Ladies one person Only. Renting a room in my humble home with sheared bath, kitchen, laundry use of yard and parking. Looking for a Professional, Response, Reliable person 25- 50yr old that keeps to them self. I'm a 47yr old living with my husband and adult son 2 outside dogs for protection ( but that's just for looks because they're teddy bears ) and one small hypoallergenic dog in house (sorry no other pets allowed) we are all very responsible pretty quiet we spend most of our mornings 8-11am doing upkeep inside and outside our home, walking the dogs, a little working out etc. We are Mexican so we love music cooking and the carne asada is a must with us 3. We are open to new music foods and chill vibes. Small Family visits are ok. Please be mindful of the bathroom. No overnights. We don't party but do have family over on occasion. Now for me. I have no problem moving my cooking and laundry schedule around to accommodate yours, I'm a incense burning, yoga,art,music,movie lover I keep to my self but don't mind a good combo with a beer or wine. ( for reference of the room that is a king size bed that was in there before ) with a large closet. Deposit 300$. Month to Month lease. Late fee 100$ after the 5th of each month.
