Absolutely No Smoking in or near the house. Street parking permit can be applied from the City of Seattle (~$80/2 years). Coin-operated washer and dryer available in the basement of the owner's unit at the front. No dishwasher. 30 dollar application fee. Prefer no pets. However, if you have a well-behaved pet, we can discuss. Move in cost: one month rent + $180 non-refundable deep cleaning fee. Don't know how to change the map location on Zillow, but it of course does NOT sit right on top of I-5. Rather, it is located very close to Lake union (look up 2315 Yale Ave. E on googlemap).
