I have for rent a two bedroom, 1 and a half bathroom town home for rent in a wonderful established area that is closed to shopping and schools. This lovingly maintained home has 1242 square feet of living space, an enclosed patio, and a shed that include washer dryer hookups. Please look at the photos to see if this is the type of home you would like to live in. I do require a background check. If this is a place you choose to lease, I will require at least a one year lease with a first and last month deposit required. I will also ask that small repairs will be the responsibility of the renter. No dogs or cats or any other type of pets are allowed. Also, no smoking is allowed. Renter is responsible for the payment of water, gas, and electric. The owner will pay the monthly Home Owners Association dues. There are two designated parking spots in the rear of the townhouse and guest spaces are also available. No pets or smoking allowed.
