It's not the RITZ but for 600 it is the best I think one can get! Charming little midtown studio, all in all its complete private and quiet. I'm renting the back studio of my house for rent, currently in the process gradually fixing up my front, so I thought I'd rent out the back studio while I work. If anyone is looking for something inexpensive, conveinently located central, your own access, parking available, gas kitchen, nice sized main area, with extra eleavated room Nice size window a\c, cools the room very well,included with a bathroom, new pedestal and toilet. The exterior looks rough, however I'm getting ready to paint, soon to be inviting. Interior paint is clean, once I paint both, I can rent it for more, right now I'm hoping to make it available to anyone looking for something private and reasonable. Kitchen had newer lower cabinets, great gas stove. I do have two small dogs, open to animals if friendly. I'm really laid back, hoping to find the same.
