Beautiful 4 bedroom 2.5 bathroom colonial. Hardwood floors throughout the house. New Furnace & Air in July 2008, New roof put on in 2005. Updated bathrooms & newer appliances in the kitchen. It's a great place to raise kids, animals and stay fit. Where else can you get a sidewalk all the way to a Meijer and a bus stop. With everyone being so concerned about their health this is an excellent neighborhood to be in. I use to walk up to Meijer every Sunday to get the paper. It was great watching the birds & squirrels along the way go about their business. It's a nice scenic walk to Meijer. In the park you actually have enough space to get a baseball game going and not be afraid of breaking the neighbors windows. It's a great house to entertain in and if by chance it's 1/2 hour before the party and you need something at the store , Meijer, Wal-Mart, Home Depot, Ace Hardware, English Gardens, Rite-Aid, Target, Kohl's, Whole Foods, Michaels, Starbucks, Panera Bread, Caribou Coffee and a host of other specialty stores are a quick trip around the corner. After having a bad day at the office where else can you just sit out on your front porch and watch nature go about it's business and help you unwind. I realize our house is not perfect but "Every house waits for the right person". I know that's what this house is doing and it deserves a family that really loves the neighborhood. Neighborhood Description Convenient to shopping. Meijer is walking distance. Home Depot, Wal-Mart, Kohl's, Kroger, Target and more stores all within a mile radius. The park is directly accross the street with a play area for kids and a dog run for our 4 legged friends. It's like living in the country with the city right there when you need it.
