Perfectly positioned poolside and facing south, this spacious retreat offers 7 bedrooms, 7.5 baths, and room for up to 24 guests, making it an ideal setting for family vacations, reunions, or celebrating special moments together. Wood-paneled walls and ceilings, custom-tiled showers, and a private elevator add comfort and style to your stay. Start your mornings with coffee on one of the many balconies overlooking the Gulf, spend afternoons by the resort-style pool just outside your door, or walk a few steps to your private deeded beach access for a day on the sand. Fully furnished, stocked, and ready to welcome you, all you need to bring is your swimsuit and flip-flops. Parking is available for up to 6 standard vehicles only, with no extra parking available. Parking is not allowed on the street and is only allowed in the driveway of the house. Located just minutes from the best restaurants, shopping, fishing, and entertainment in Gulf Shores and Orange Beach, yet tucked away in a private gated community, Southern Exposure offers the perfect blend of fun, convenience, and relaxation. For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties. Beach towels are not provided. From March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. For same-day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking. No pets are allowed on the property. No smoking is allowed in the unit or on the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit and linens. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am, and violators will be charged a $200 fine. We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots. Travelers must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation. A state identification card or driver's license copy will be requested upon booking. No parties or events are allowed, and violators will be charged a $500 fine.
