Bathrooms have been updated with luxury shower and tub fixtures. 2 Large bedrooms, eat in kitchen and a large living room. Home sits on a very large lot perfect for parties and contains a RV gate. Carport covers 1 vehicle and the driveway will accommodate a total of 3. The HOA provides access to a large pool, pickleball court, and exercise room. The clubhouse can be rented for events at a very reasonable rate. The HOA also published a monthly newsletter containing a calendar of all sponsored events. Yard Service is included in the rent. The landscaper will come monthly and must be allowed access. The HOA fees, property tax and property insurance will be paid by the owner. The renter will be responsible for utilities - electric (about 110 on the equal payment plan), gas (minimum most months, but can increase based on thermostat settings), water trash and sewer (billed together and was generally 55). The thermostat was provided by APS and can be controlled via wifi. The lock on the kitchen door can also be controlled by wifi. Wi-Fi by all major vendors is available at your discretion. I used CenturyLink for 50 a month and it was sufficient for work from home and streaming. Renters insurance is recommended but not required. $250.00 of the security deposit will be retained as a cleaning fee.
