Bathroom, kitchen, living room, laundry room and back yard will all be shared with two female room mates. Home is secured by security cameras and is in a safe area of Las Cruces, NM No smoking is allowed in the home. Parking can be in the driveway or on the street in front of the home. This lease will be 6 months as tenant has requested with a start date of April 1st 2026. There shall be no other persons living on the premises other than tenant. Guests of tenant are allowed with respect of other tenants considered. No parties allowed. Any damage to landlords appliances shall be the liability of the tenant. Tenant and landlord required to give a 30 day notice of move out date if lease term needs to be changed. Rent can be paid by Zelle, Apple Pay, pay pal, certified check or cash. A $25 late fee will be applied after the 5th of the month if rent is not received. The security deposit will be returned to the tenant within 30 days after the agreement has terminated, less any damage charges and without interest. This security deposit can not be credited towards rent. Upon move in tenant will examine the condition of the property and notify landlord of any concerns immediately.
