One bedroom is available in our 3-bed apartment in Ukrainian Village. Current roommates are arts workers in their mid-thirties, and a ten year-old terrier mix. Unfortunately, we cannot allow additional pets. Large, fenced yard, coin op laundry in basement, garage parking available with additional monthly fee. But street parking is generally a breeze. We appreciate a quiet and peaceful home. This is a covid-safe apartment. We are not entertaining guests, or socializing outside of the apartment until all roommates are fully vaccinated. This is a LGBTQ+ safe space. We are fortunate to have a great landlord and great neighbors. New lease begins May 1, but it is possible that the room will become available sooner.
