Good neighborhood. The thermostat is upstairs and cannot be controlled downstairs. The ceiling is not sound proof and you will hear the children upstairs talking and playing. The rent is great (cheap) because you have to put up with the noises from the family upstairs and the temperature they choose. There are options to heat or cool beyond what the family upstairs choooses. There are portable heaters, and portable ac units. The current tenant said it's not a big problem and he gets along with that family very nicely. If you're a complainer, please do not apply. Unit is managed directly by the owner who is responsive. Lease is for 1 year at a time.
