Three apartment keys and parcel box location details will be provided at move-in. Pet Policy: Pets are welcome with breed restrictions (please call for details). Pet application required through PetScreening (application fees apply). Pets under 1 year: $250 refundable deposit + $150 non-refundable fee (total $400). Pets 1 year or older: $150 refundable deposit + $150 non-refundable fee (total $300).
