This unit is on the top floor of our apartment building. It has a view of Lake Union. It has a small outdoor deck which is large enough to put two chairs and a table. The rental price includes water, sewer, garbage, free onsite parking, and a free ground to floor storage unit on our ground floor storage area. This unit has vinyl plank flooring throughout. Our building has a shared laundry room on the ground floor level as well. We have an onsite manager to assist with tenant needs. This is a NO smoking NO pets building. We run a full credit and background check and prospective tenants must have good credit and no collections to move in. Applicants must have an income to rent ratio of 3:1, meaning, they make a minimum of 3X the monthly rent. If approved, we only require a $1000 deposit, and then you pay first month's rent when you move in. We do not ask for last month's rent. We do require a 12-month rental agreement. After the 12 months is complete, we go month-to-month thereafter giving tenants the flexibility to move when it is right for them. This is a NO SMOKING / NO PETS building. Water, sewer, and garbage are INCLUDED with rent. Tenant pays for electricity and cable. We offer one FREE parking spot with rent.
