Close to Chinatown, Downtown LA, Dodgers Stadium, Silver Lake, Echo Park and Highland Park. No deposit required. This is a short term lease. We have 2 dogs and a cat but they will not be in your space. AGAIN this is a room & bath in our home Rent only. Owner pays all utilities.
