We are moving out of this spacious townhome in Barclay. It's a two-story end-unit so it gets plenty of light. It has two rooms (we use one as a bedroom and one as an office, but they could easily be used as two bedrooms) and a bathroom on the top floor. Tons of closet space! A spacious kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, and toaster oven included!), living area, and entry room as soon as you walk in (see photos) on the bottom floor. It has a semi-finished basement with a washer and dryer, and a fenced backyard. Flat is unfurnished. The neighborhood is very nice. It's a few steps away from the community garden and Calvert Street Park, which is great if you've got a dog. It's also 2 blocks away from Safeway and CVS on 25th, close to two Charm City Circulator stops, and within walking distance of JHU Homewood, Penn Station, and Mt. Vernon. It's essentially close to everything! Great if you have a bike since Guilford Ave. is also known as Bike Boulevard. There is also tons of free street parking. Rent is $1200 and the lease is until the end of June 2018. Deposit and lease are flexible (you can extend your contract month-to-month or make your own lease with the managing company.) Pets are okay with a pet rent of $15/month. Utilities are paid by the tenant. Note: we are not the owners or managing company, just the current tenants!
