Total income of all applicants must be at least 2.5 times the monthly rent, based on NET income. Co-signers will not be accepted due to lack of income. Credit History: A TransUnion Resident Score is used to evaluate the applicant's credit history and ability to pay rent when due. Only Low risk scores will be accepted. Medium and High-risk applicants will be declined. Co-signers will not be accepted for tenants who fall in the medium or high-risk category. Criminal History: A criminal background check is needed on all persons age 18 or older who are going to live in the residence.
