On main road no privacy! No balcony no porch flood zone! No basement. Only cellar that floods. Old structure kitchen is very dated leaks in both sinks. No cold water in 1/2 bath. Dishwasher broken cabinets falling apart. Constant traffic and alarms go off from fire department across the street at 2-3 am. No over hang or privacy from main highway. Home sits 15 feet away from highway and stop light and main intersection. IMO worst place to live in Tioga County.
