No pets allowed inside of home.No smoking inside of home. Two inspections a year which includes one home inspection every 6 months during the duration of the lease agreement. This includes; lease expiration, termination of lease or either lease renew. An inspection will be done upon one of those three in the event of whichever one were to place first. The inspections are only to make sure tenants remain inside of the lease agreement guidelines.
