Welcome to my home in the 55+ community of Villages at Hillview! As you enter the foyer, you’ll see my office/flex room. Continuing on, you’ll find the formal living/dining room with a bay window. Around the corner is the first of 3 full baths, followed by the second bedroom/man cave, then the laundry room which leads to the 2-car garage. Let’s get to my kitchen! It features a granite island (over 7 1/2’), perfect for entertaining, along with solid maple cabinets with sliding shelves and good lighting. The large master bedroom includes a walk-in closet with built-ins, and a master bath with a double vanity, soaking tub, and walk-in shower. There are hardwood floors in most of the rooms on the main floor. Upstairs, you’ll find the third bedroom plus a large family suite/office/craft room with a walk-in closet. The full basement boasts 9’ ceilings and a walk-out. Now, let me tell you about my fantastic community! Amenities include a Club House with a ballroom, card room, billiards room, and craft/quilting room. Across the drive, there’s a Fitness Center plus indoor and outdoor saltwater pools and a hot tub.
