We have a 3 bedroom 1 bath apartments available at Church Street Apartments in Sullivan, MO. This quiet community is close to shopping, schools, churches and the interstate. Pets allowed (restrictions apply) $850. We do have a 2 bedroom available at our sister location just a few blocks away. Please note you will not be contacted via Facebook nor will you be asked to complete any other app besides ours and the fee is $35. We have been informed of scam artists using our listings and charging a $60 app fee upfront before any showing can be made. All of our properties have a local property manager with local phone number and will meet prior to app being completed should you desire.
