This is a lovely two-bedroom apartment (no more than two people please), renovated last summer, located on the top floor of a Victorian home in the historic district of Holland. The apartment is in an awesome location, at the corner of 10th and Washington, with views of the Tulip Lanes and Lake Macatawa. Get ready for beautiful sunsets every night! It's 2 blocks from the Civic Center (Farmer's market is on Wednesdays and Saturdays), Sperry's ($6 movies on Tuesdays) and the rest of downtown Holland, Boatwerks, and Kollen Park (with a waterfront boardwalk). The space boasts a private entrance, an updated kitchen, a free in-unit washer and dryer, built-in A/C for the kitchen area, hardwood floors throughout, new ceilings and light fixtures, and fresh paint everywhere. I'll be living in the downstairs unit and would love to say hello every once and awhile! The rent is $1100 total per month and utilities are split 50/50 with me (averaging $100-200, depending on the season). The start/move-in date is November 15 for a year-long lease and the first month's rent ($1100) and security deposit ($1100) are required at signing. You'll have one dedicated spot on the driveway; there's enough room for us to park our vehicles side-by-side (sorry, I can't accomodate more than one vehicle). Cat(s) are allowed, small dogs may be negotiable (the house has a small yard and a larger pet wouldn't have enough room).
