The property is in the same very safe and quiet community and because of its convenience to I-270, it is an easy 15-minute drive to The Ohio State University Hospitals. The condo is fully furnished and turn-key, containing a Ring doorbell, a full-size washer and dryer in the partially finished basement. WIFI and all utilities are included. The pool is closed right now but will open Memorial Day weekend. However, there is a workout facility in the clubhouse, and we do include access to it with the lease.
