Washer and dryer in the unit. This location is close to USPTO, NSF, etc. Current tenants are in their 20s and 30s, male, both quiet types that keep to themselves. A grey fluffy cat lives in the house. You would be the last roommate in the house as we keep to 3 tenants here. The room for rent is about 120sqft with a nice window thats facing west. Big back yard to store bicycles, motorcycles, a kayak, etc to a reasonable limit. Plenty of close street parking. You'd be sharing a bathroom with the other roommate.
