All utilities are included, also high speed internet. We are looking for one occupant, but can accommodate occasional visitors. Smoking is only allowed outside on the deck. There is a parking space for one vehicle on the driveway, right next to the stairs leading to the deck. We are flexible on the terms, but a one year lease is preferred and can be renewed indefinitely if you are a good fit.
