This is a 4 bedroom house with quick access to I-40 and Coors. Home was basically redone 4 years ago. The current tenants have the lease until the end of the month. I will hopefully be able to give tours and add pictures of interior the last week of October and or first week of November. I currently am not accepting section 8. Tenet pays all utilities. Stainless Steel Fridge and Oven are four years old. Master Cool Evaporation (four years old) cooler keeps the house cool. Credit score of at least 650. No cats. No smoking. Current tenant lease ends 10/31/21. Hoping to have it ready the next week. I've been getting almost too many calls/emails. To thin it out a bit:1. The home has no washer/dryer, garbage disposal or dishwasher. If you want them, there are hookups, and you can have them installed. They are however not my responsibility to maintain. 2. There is no garage, it was converted into one of the 4 heated/cooled bedrooms by a prior owner. 3. The fenced in backyard is not landscaped. It is just dirt aside from the small patio. Easy to maintain, and you can't kill dirt. 4. You are responsible for ALL utilities. Water/Trash/Electric/Gas etc. 5. No cats allowed.
