Hello! I am moving out of state and need to sublet my apartment. Lease runs through until June 1, 2022. You would have the option to re-sign at that time or just use the space over the next few months and then move out - rent is usually $1200 but I am willing to pay a portion in order to move out sooner - great startup spot for someone who is in between places or new to Chicago to stay for a few months and save a few Large updated studio in safe area in Logan Square available. Space is really large for a studio with separate kitchen, living area, and bathroom + nice big walk-in closet and a coat closet by the front door that is pretty big. This studio is as large as many 1 bedrooms. This unit is on the top floor and gets a ton of natural light + no noisy neighbors above! Very pet friendly - welcoming both cats and dogs. Free street parking (non permit) so really great if you have visitors over - I never have a problem finding a spot for my car. California blue line an 8 minute walk away and the buses on Fullerton are right out front. Unit also located right off of bustling Milwaukee Ave with many bars, restaurants, shops, and bike paths. Prospective tenant would need to be approved by management - they may be flexible since it is a short sublease but would need to work out the details. Additionally, I am open to moving out mid February as well but would need notice so I can arrange for movers and sign my lease out of state which I am holding out on until I find a sub tenant. Tenant is responsible for gas, electricity, and internet. The unit is so well insulated with so much natural light that my Comed bill only runs around $60-70 per month and I work from home full time. RCN and Comcast available for internet options.
