One bathroom, fully furnished including refrigerator, range, oven, heating & air, cabinets, pots, pans, dishes, cooking & eating utensils, etc. Other amenities include picnic table, fire pit, playground and tree swings. Laundry facility available in Owners home, scheduled upon request. $565 per month rent (Free WiFi), short or longer term renter welcome. $335 per month for all utilities and amenities. One free bundle of firewood included. Additional bundles $25 each. Two Propane bottles per month included. Additional bottles $25 each. Available starting June 2.
