Relax and entertain after a long days work in a well over $100,000 outdoor facility- hot tub/barbicue/sauna area Relaxation/socialization area -State of the art, new hot tub - nice barbicue - beautiful sounding stereo system throughout gazebo area - can watch TV in area on a big screen - no chlorine or chemicals whatsoever added to water - hot tub has numerous other bells and whistles. -4 person beautiful, lighted barel type sauna -Lg covered dressing room by hot tub and sauna- (so you don't have to be exposed to the bad elements & will remain warm and dry) - ice plunge (for the brave) -Bar seating with bar type counter around hot tub that sits approx 13 people- for drinks, food, socializing. Enough bar stools and patio furniture to seat approx 25 people total - Area has 24/7, all season access. -Privacy enclosure and windbreak- for the winter's cold winds -Roofed gazebo (keeps out rain or snow, provides shade) -Electricity Apartment - Air conditioned - laundry facility - each sleeping area has own clothes dresser, & lots of additional storage. -All utilities paid, plus internet &TV - 2 refrigerators, 1 for older man, & second full-sized new refrigerator for the 2 roommates to share Pricing breakdown 1 person will have bedroom with new queen sized bed. - fenced area for 4 legged critters. - person with private bedroom will also have own private deck - 32 - $3,800/mth (exact price not determined yet) Second roommate - will sleep in the living room on a queen sized rollout - 25 to $3,200/month, but will still be able to enjoy all the benefits of the hot tub/barbicue/sauna/socialization area. - As was mentioned, also has own dressor & extra storage. (Note: exact price not determined as yet) Each person will have their own seperate contract Perfect setup for the traveling professional or traveling nurse who wants to unwind after a long day- or for the person who just wants to stay long term, and have a very nice apartment setup Note that this is an overall description of the property in general, but it will also act as a listing of the first roommate (which is the one that includes a room, a fenced area, extra deck etc.) I will pick the price of $3,600/month, but the price "may" be negotiable.
