There is room to park up to four cars between both spaces or two cars per unit. There are fruit trees on the property to enjoy and space to do some gardening. This is the lower level of a two flat. It has 2-3 bedrooms with a modern eat-in kitchen and a small living room area. One bedroom serves as a day bed where you can use it as an entertainment room, it flows out to a spacious deck overlooking the serene stream and mountain scene. There is a shared full bathroom and laundry facilities. The apartment is furnished. Both bedrooms have a high flow ceiling fan which will ensure you always have cool circulating air when you need it. There is usually a strong cooling breeze in the valley. The apartment is furnished All cooking supplies you'll likely need to include: - Electric kettle and french press for coffee or tea - Blender for smoothies - Pots/pans, the basics, etc. Enjoy meals at home in your fully stocked modern kitchen which is complete with an array of condiments and spices. Great attention has been paid to every detail it is comfortable, cozy and sparkling clean. It rents for 2500 month utilities included except wifi starting Aug 1st. We will consider a temporary stay for the month of Aug at 2600.00 This is a safe location amid working families central to the island and easy access to Like Like Hyw. We are fine with temporary month to month rental situations. Pets ok if house trained and owners stay on top of everything related to responsible pet and yard care. Smoking is not allowed in the house. Only 10 minutes from the airport, 25min to Waikiki. Military welcome its only 20 min to JBPHH with no traffic. Owner pays utilities except wifi which can be split with upper unit
