This spacious three-story townhome features beautiful hardwood floors throughout the kitchen, dining, and living areas. The second-floor includes a full bathroom, a washer and dryer, and a bedroom that opens onto a large balcony. The third-floor primary bedroom features a Juliet balcony with neighborhood and city views, a walk-in closet, and a luxurious en-suite bathroom with a double-headed shower. A flat $200 monthly utility fee covers water, sewer, electricity, trash and recycling, and high-speed internet. This townhome is configured as two separate rental units, each with their own separate private entrance. Mail delivery is currently handled through one secure, shared mailbox. We are in the process of coordinating with the city USPS to establish separate mail delivery for each unit. January 4 Update We currently have 10 tours scheduled for this week and plan to review all applications on Sunday, January 11. If your application is selected to move forward, please be prepared to submit the $500 holding deposit at that time. This deposit is required to remove the home from the market and reserve it for you until the final lease agreement is signed. For your review, draft copies of the lease agreement, inspection report, and holding deposit receipt will be available at the home during your tour. Townhome Notes & Quirks - The townhome is divided into two separate units. Each unit has its own separate, private entrance. The downstairs studio is currently rented to a single teacher. - The mailbox is shared between both units. Please leave the other tenant's mail in the mailbox or place it in their door-mounted mailbox. - Wi-Fi is shared between both units - Garbage and recycling bins are shared between both units. - There is no off-street or garage parking. Street parking is free 24/7 and generally easy to find. - The main entrance is located in a rear corridor, so there is no traditional front door. Rent & Utilities A flat $200 monthly utility fee covers electricity, internet, water and sewer, and trash and recycling. Your total monthly payment (rent + utilities) is $2800. Screening Criteria - Credit: 680+ FICO preferred, or no credit history - Combined household income: $90,000+ annually - No smoking on the premises - Small pets are OK (see pet policy) - Screening is conducted through Zillow - Reusable Zillow tenant screening reports are accepted Application Review Timeline - Our final application review date will be January 11th, 2026 - We are seeking tenants with a move-in date of late January or early February Holding Deposit If your application is approved and you choose to proceed with renting, we will collect a $500 holding deposit to reserve the property until the lease is signed. The holding deposit will be fully credited toward your security deposit upon lease signing. If you decide not to sign the lease after paying the holding deposit, the holding deposit may be forfeited as permitted under Washington State law.
