I moved into this apartment when it was brand new in April, and have loved it since. It is spacious, the wood floors are great, washer + dryer in unit, has a nice balcony, close proximity to Oak Ridge and Downtown Knoxville. The Casual Pint and restaurants are within walking distance. The only reason I am leaving is because I am moving to New York at the end of August. The move-out date is slightly negotiable, but will have to be no sooner than Aug. 22nd and no later than Sept 5th. **As a deal to find someone to take over the lease, you will not pay for any days that you stay in August, nor the $150 deposit fee** I am open to further negotiations. You will take over my lease, which currently runs out in April 2016, and you'll be able to renew You will be taking over the lease that I began in April.
