My roommate and I just moved in at the end of July and she has since lost her job, so we have no choice but to move out. Since we cannot fulfill our lease, which is up January 22nd, we are looking for someone to switch it over to ASAP. Due to such short notice and needing to occupy this apartment we are willing to pay half of your first months rent and application fee if you are moved in by October 1st. Technically you would only be obligated to fulfill the lease until then, which is about 4 months, but you can always renew with your own lease at that point. The apt # is required upon applying and to any applicants that number will be supplied. There is a $47 application fee with a card that we will reimburse you for per adult applicant if you are approved. We are looking to for sure have someone move in ON or a little before October 1st, where you will pay $1313 total (for rent & W/S/G). The application process takes about 24 hours to know whether or not you're approved. Rent is $1216 per month, plus a flat rate of $97 for W/S/G. ($656 each if you're splitting it between 2) Electricity has so far been around $45-50 per month. Parking is first-come-first-serve, but there is an option to pay for a covered spot, I think it's around $50 per month (more details on the apartment's website) The apartment is located on the second floor, with a spacious deck. There is a washer & dryer, a garbage disposal, as well as a dishwasher in the unit. The spacious master bedroom has a large walk-in closet and the second bedroom has a nice sized closet as well.
