This is a little doll house. It is in mint condition, with lots of pluses. It comes almost totally furnished, including all appliances. The home had all the major items replaced in '03, that included new roof, windows, doors, furnace, hot water tank, and electric. It is nicely carpeted and very well kept. If you can't afford to furnish your new home, you need to look at this one. There is a huge dormer upstairs, and 2 bedrooms down. The living room is large, with oversized furniture. The kitchen is a step-saver, but has a dining room. The basement has two nice paneled rooms, one with book shelves the other has a gas stove that stays. Ther is also a seperate laundry room. The exterior is maintenance free. There is a nice front porch, if you like to set outside of an evening. There is a 1 and one half car garage.
