I am looking for a renter for a 390sqft studio apartment in my eclectic 2400sqft house in Lafayette, CO. My house is my art project and is an attempt to create a place of comfort and inspiration. As a suburban farm, I have many gardens and chickens. This is a place for those who may be interested in gardening, comfortable spaces, and enjoy the uniqueness of an inspirationally designed home. My training is in Physics and Mathematics, and have worked as an engineer, mathematician, as well as co-owning a school. With a lot of luck and hard work I have transitioned out of employment for a company to working on my ideas. My self imposed title is now officially inventor. I work on a variety of projects, always trying to be considerate of the house space. My shop (garage), lab, and office is my workspace. I am looking for someone who is chill, and creative.. Also someone who may enjoy impromptu events such group cooking, sledding, VR and movie night, etc. Consideration for pets will be based on how well they get along with the animals who currently live here. The apartment consists of a living area, kitchenette, and a full private bathroom which includes a walk in shower and a claw foot tub. It is available September1st for $1200 per month, which includes utilities and WiFI. The main floor kitchen, common areas, and on site laundry facilities are also available for use.
