The downstairs has all exposed beams and the floor of the upstairs is the ceiling. The center wall of the downstairs is exposed brick between old wooden posts, the kind of construction you typically see downtown. There is a large living room, probably about 10 x 25, and dining room that is probably about 10 x 12.5 and kitchen that is about the same. This whole area is relatively open there is a large opening between the living and dining in the brick wall.
