Fantastic location. On tee box at par 3. Number 16 of Pasadena Yacht and Country Club in beautiful Gulfport, Florida. 2.2 miles to St Pete Beach and Treasure Island; and seven minutes to the Tropicana to watch the TB Rays Baseball team. Don't worry, the house won't be hit by a golfball since it sits next to the tee box! Excellent bird watching with an unbelievable array of birds, to include the famous Gulfport Green Parakeets. Noisy rascals, but beautiful. Walk or bike to O'Maddy's Restaurant. Good food and great atmosphere. I'm constantly updating with new 27k Spanish tile roof, 52K pool, and 13K hurricane cat 4 picture window and many more projects to come!
