Concord is 15 min west. Antioch is 15 min east. Richmond and Oakland are about 30 min away outside of rush hour. BART station 1 mile away, yellow line. Our neighborhood is a modest one of mostly working class families. The house backs on to the Via Delta de Anza Trail. This 15 mile paved walking path follows a water aqueduct and connects to several other green spaces. ABOUT THE HOSUE We have a fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, a living room for lounging on the couch or hanging out, and a study with an extra desk and reading chairs. We have a two car garage that we use for storage, plus plenty of street parking. We don't have a big TV in the living room. Instead, we're working on filling the house with books. This is one of four bedrooms in my home. It shares a bathroom with two other people. The house isn't fancy, but it has everything you'll need. And if not, let me know.
