Internet with Wi-Fi password and connection included with the Rent! It is being offered at $2200 per Month for a Single Occupant and $2350 for Dual Occupancy with a One-Year Lease Term. (But please be sure to see the one-space parking details in the ad verbiage below.) Security Deposit of $2200 or $2350, accordingly, will be due at the time of acceptance offer, asked for as an initial hold deposit, which will then be applied towards the security deposit amount at the time of lease signing and move-in. The first month's rent, in full, will be due later on at the time of the agreed-upon lease start date. The second month's rent will be prorated accordingly and due on the 1st of the second month. A single, smaller to medium-sized dog or cat may be considered, upon owner approval and on a case-by-case basis. And owners and/or management will be required to be listed as an additionally noted and/or insured on the policy.
