Washer and dryer is in unit. In addition to ground-level exterior space there is an amazing roof deck off the loft bedroom. The property is all gated with a security system and a nest thermostat. 1 Smart Art TV Already Installed in the bedroom. Gardener, WiFi, ADT, REA Private Secuirty included. There is also a cleaning service that can done weekly for an extra fee of $100. Pets are allowed for an additional deposit and small pet rent and we also offer an extra parking spot as needed which can be added on. No permits required for street parking. Can be unfurnished as well! We are looking for a 6-month lease currently. We would prefer furnished but could possibly do unfurnished as needed.
