Luxurious upscale home includes Living room, dining room, FP, 2 Smart TV's (WITH Netflix, Hulu, Disney). Kitchen with full size, new appliances: microwave/oven/dishwasher/refrigerator/freezer. Coffee/tea service and more! Full size washer/dryer, 2 car garage, fenced back yard. Ower pays all the utilities. Last rent payment due at signing. To open the GARAGE you first have to enter through the front door, grab the garage remote control, manually open the front gate then drive through it and pull into the garage. Internet access is on all the time. Username and password are available through your reservation using the AirBnb app. SERIOUS STUFF: NO SMOKING of any kind, at any time, anywhere inside house or garage or within 25 feet of the house. $400 fee to sanitize and fumigate home, if evidence of smoking anything in these areas is found. If you smoke, this is NOT the place for you. If you don't smoke, welcome to a smoke free home. Damage from smokers will be billed as well. NO ILLEGAL DRUG USE or ANY ILLEGAL ACTIVITY ALLOWED. If visitors start showing up at all hours, neighbors complain of multiple people coming and going from home around the clock or during the night, if police show up to the house for any reason, then you have broken a house rule and must leave immediately. I love animals and have my own dogs and a cat, but unfortunately, NO PETS are allowed at this property due to new carpet and rugs in the home. Pets can also affect future guests with dander and cause severe allergic reactions. The home is a PET FREE home. No loud or large parties are allowed at this property as it's a family neighborhood and guests must be respectful of the nieghbors. ITEMS TO NOTE: Parking is available at curb in front of house or use front entry driveway or garage. The front garage is accessible by the driveway from front of home. Garage Door opener is located inside home on table near front door. Please leave it when checking out. Guest must remove all garbage to the trash cans (one for recycle and one for other) that sit at front the house throughout their stay. You do not have to bring big garbage cans in or out during stay. GARBAGE PICK UP IS MONDAYS, except holidays, then it's Tuesdays. NOTES ABOUT APPLIANCES: Washing Machine: Please use only one detergent pod in the washer at a time. Drop in first, and then place clothes and choose cycle. Dryer: Please clean lint filter in dryer after each load to avoid overheating or possible fire. IN CASE OF NEEDS: If you break something, please let me know so I can replace it. If you notice something not working, please let me know at that moment, so I can work quickly to arrange for repair. Especially if something is leaking in the house, I need to get someone in right away to avoid damage to wood floors or cabinets, walls etc. Please treat my home like you would want your home to be treated if something breaks or goes wrong and isn't working properly. NOTE: Staying at someone's personal home through Airbnb is unlike staying at a hotel. We need to work together to keep things functional, have repairs done and take care of the residence. If something breaks, I do all possible to get it fixed, but it's not a hotel room, and I can't move you to another one or send a repairman 24/7. I have local repair companies I use, but they have hours and availability like normal repair companies. THANK YOU for understanding and being helpful to have this experience in my home! My goal is for it to be BETTER than staying in a hotel room for your time away from your own home!
