We have really enjoyed living here. The location on 25th is great. We are leaving our two working air conditioners so the unit will have A/C! It's a quiet, pretty street with a few really useful small businesses that all survived the shut down, (Laundry, nails, barber shop, body work) and tons of good food and bars in the surrounding area that are still going strong. The window and fire escape look right out on the street without too much noise and the bedroom gets a lot of light. There are parks nearby and the river walk. No broker fees and the building does not have expensive application fees (I think it's like 20 bucks for a credit check, but I'm not sure.)
