Past the kitchen is the full bathroom, complete with a tub/shower combo, vanity storage, and additional cubbies tucked behind the door for toiletries and linens. The bedroom features a large open closet with overhead shelving, providing generous storage without crowding the space. Off-street parking located directly behind the property in a fully maintained lot plowed during the winter months. Trash, recycling, and composting are all available on site in the parking area for easy access. Cable and Wi-Fi are optional, with residents free to choose their own provider (if desired.) Pet-friendly! Up to 2 pets allowed with approval. Cats and dogs are welcome, and small caged animals may be considered. Vet records and references required. Refundable pet deposit is $250 for one pet or $500 for multiple, plus $25/month per pet. Dogs must be met prior to approval.
