This stylish place to stay is perfect for families and groups. Self check-in with your own code. There are 2 living rooms, a chef's kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and two bathrooms. There is bar height seating around the Mahogany dining table for 6. Two rooms have Cal King Beds. The 3rd room, a queen bed. The main bathroom has a whirlpool tub and separate shower. There is a huge backyard, with room for the kids to run around and jump and play in the pool. Also outdoor seating to enjoy dinner. The space A little about the space. The home is one story with central air conditioning and heating. Floors throughout are custom wood with tile in the kitchen. There are two living rooms one with a 55" TV and comfortable seating in both of the living rooms. The pool table is on your left as you enter the house in the front room. There is a dedicated work station with a desk and office chair for zoom meetings. The sliding glass door leads to a huge pool. There is no heating at this time for the jacuzzi. There's an outdoor eating area with an umbrella. The kitchen features an electric range, oven, built-in microwave, dishwasher, and top-of-the-line refrigerator freezer with ice maker. The countertops are granite with a center island, and two bar chairs. There is a coffee-maker, with supplied ample coffee, blender, toaster, pots and pans and utensils, dish soap, cooking oil, seasonings, and paper towels. The dining room has counter height chairs and a beautiful mahogany table with seating for 6. A queen bed is in the first room to the right of the second living room which has its own tv. Every room has blackout drapes. There is a bathroom in the main hallway. There are two bedrooms to the left in the hallway. The first has a California King bed, a 50" tv and has a sliding glass door that leads to the pool & jacuzzi outside. The second bedroom to the left also has a king size bed and a 50" tv. The master bathroom has a double sink with a full shower and a whirlpool bathtub. Everything is supplied including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels and a blow dryer. We have a washer and dryer and supply detergent for your convenience. Each bed is hand-crafted and superbly comfortable. Every room has overhead ceiling fans as well as Central Air Conditioning and Heating throughout the house. The house is located in a mature neighborhood. You will love the convenient location. There are grocery stores within 1/4 mile, with plenty of restaurants close by. This quiet neighborhood has original owners which lend to its safety. We offer 2 parking spaces in the driveway, and street parking is free. Enter through the front door which has a keypad lock and your own personal code, for your continued privacy and safety.
