3 bed, 2 bath Mobile built in 2022. 20 acers of raw land. 2400sq/ft shop with gravel as a floor. Vegetable garden, pig pen, chicken coop. Renter responsible for all utilities. Note: Starlink is about the only High speed internet service you can get here. Garbage is a two yard dumpster, my brother pays the entire bill but you need to be willing to let him use it, its at top of driveway so he will not be bugging you when he does. (He runs a small electrical contracting company) I would very much encourage tenants to have cats as it helps with the mice which are many in this area. There is a water filter in the garage, tenant responsible for purchasing and changing if desired. Water sometimes tastes sulphury but its intermittent. Tennant responsible for purchasing and changing whole house air filter when desired. Microwave is broke, still works but the handle is missing. well equipment is not insulated, tenant will have to let water trickle in house on real cold nights to keep pipes from freezing, couple times a year most likly. Garage does not have a vapor barrier on roof so it does drip condensatoin when the temperature drops below freezing (about 40 days a year)
