The apartment was renovated a year ago and is in fantastic condition. It's a great location in the Garden District of New Orleans. Ideally situated in a residential stretch between the vibrant commercial corridor of Magazine St. There are restaurants, consignment shops, coffee houses, bars, etc. The location doesn't get much better. Not too far from the Mardi Gras parade route and the St. Patrick's Day parade passes in front of the building. The exterior is beautiful and was built by the renowned architect Henry Howard. Come and see, you won't be disappointed. The owner pays for water and trash, the tenant is responsible for gas and electricity. One small dog (25lbs or less) or one cat is allowed with a $300 non-refundable pet fee. Non-smoker please. There is some off street parking for the tenants. However, it is not enough for everyone and it's first come, first serve.
This property is off market, which means it's not currently listed for sale or rent on Zillow. This may be different from what's available on other websites or public sources.
