We have two rooms available for rent in our five-bedroom house. Each room is on the smaller side, so please keep that in mind if you have a lot of furniture. However, they're cozy and perfect for someone who doesn't need a ton of space. The house has Wi-Fi and streaming services, and all utilities including water, electric, internet, pest control, and yard maintenance are covered by a flat $150 monthly fee in addition to rent. The overall vibe of the house is pretty laid-back. It's just me (a 24-year-old firefighter, gone every third day for work) and my roommate Reece (a college student), plus my friendly one-year-old cat, Prince. We both mostly keep to ourselves, but we're happy to chat or hang out in shared spaces like the living room or our sunny sunroom. We're looking for roommates who are also laid-back, clean, and respectful of shared spaces. We have a nice backyard and regular yard & pest services, so it's low-maintenance living. If you're looking for a chill place with easygoing people, this could be a great fit! Female tenants preferred there is a deposit along with first months rent that is required at the beginning for a total of $950 that is not including the $150 of utilities. There's a one year lease that's required to move in. There's no smoking in the house.
