Note: All verifiable sources of income are accepted, including housing vouchers, child support, and alimony. For voucher holders, the 3x income requirement applies only to the tenant's responsible portion of the rent -Credit Standard: A minimum credit score of 650 is required. The credit report must show no open bankruptcies, no active utility collections, and no unpaid balances to previous landlords. -Rental History: Applicants must have a positive rental history with verifiable references from previous landlords. No evictions or eviction filings within the past 5 years. -Background Check: A comprehensive background check is required for all applicants over the age of 18. While we do not have a blanket ban on past convictions, criminal history involving violence, severe property damage, or the manufacturing/distribution of illegal substances will be evaluated and may be grounds for denial.
