Just outside the bedroom is the main floor's great room and kitchen. Room comes furnished with a bed (2yrs old) and the rest of the house is furnished. Mail comes in a safe locked box and the front door has an automatic lock. Fine print: no pantry and limited storage space. Lease is month by month. Pay for first and last month before moving in via PayPal and then on the day of moving in monthly until moving out. Renter is responsible for anything they break, but communication is required about the fixing plan. Renter is not responsible for maintenence costs and if something wears down, communication is required. If the renter decides to call a service, they will be responsible for any fees from such a service. No smoking, no pets, no recreational drugs, no alcohol. No open flames allowed. Guests should leave within a respectable time (with exceptions being communicated).
