Private chef services, hospital amenities, car transportation, first-floor living arrangements, and car charging stations are available as a la carte options. This is an older house located in a wooded area, so it's common to see deer, chipmunks, squirrels, and small mice around the neighborhood. For any guests who book a stay between 30-59 days, there will be a built-in $350 monthly utility cap on water, sewer, trash, electric, and gas. If you surpass that cap by more than $25, you will need to reimburse for the overage. Guests who book a stay of 60 days or more are subject to reimburse directly for utility usage except for Wi-Fi and the security system. Absolutely no smoking allowed. No parties. All trash must be disposed of, both inside and outside the house including any litter. Guest is expected to keep the house in good condition during their stay.
