A fantastic front porch to enjoy morning coffee under the shade of a beautiful large oak tree, and an even better jungle back yard patio complete with hammock, gas fire pit, and two outdoor furniture sets to lounge in any way you see fit. There is a Peloton Bike that is available to tenants, and a work desk for computer use. All newer appliances (gas range/oven, microwave, dishwasher, full sized fridge) and a fully stocked kitchen with cookware, dishes and many spices. Master bathroom has a bathtub and there is a shower in the guest bathroom, complete with basics (shampoo, conditioner, soaps, and towels). Bedrooms are equipped with queen beds and blackout curtains.
