    I am a licensed realtor in the state of Nevada, which must be disclosed S-0193889. This is on 2 1/2 acres with Hectares and Hectares of land. It is on a dead end. I love this property my nearest neighbors are 15 acres away. This property comes with a soil test great for custom home building. You could remove one of the living spaces trailers” that come with the property when you purchase the land and build. The larger one is 600 ft.² with one bedroom and one bath with updated toilet and faucet. This is a well-maintained property with new paint jobs over the past year.
